Hearth & Hollow Bakehouse began with a simple need: to slow things down, take a breath, and do things the right way—no shortcuts, no rushing, no overthinking, just real baking. "The midnight baker" wasn't planned; it just became what I am. Most of my baking happens late at night, when everything's quiet and I can focus on the craft without distractions. It's just me, the dough, and the process.
